I'm just hoping The amount is released an 8-k within 5 days of the dismissal by this Friday.
If Kay doesnt release an amount in the 8-k (it may only say the case against Entrust was dismissed), it should be in the 10Q due Nov. 15.
Many on Liehub are are touting that it wont be out till the end of year in March. Which is most likely false. Kay revealed MSFT settlement in the 2016Q1.
