Now that the IPR that was brought about by DUO, Trustwave and Centrify was denied, all three have withdrawn their request for a stay (if my memory serves me correctly), but StrikeForce's attorney's are not going to wait for them, they are keeping a full court press on them especially since they are now without a defense. If they do not settle now, you can bet that they will lose in court which is where they are heading and they will get to pay damages and triple damages. IMO, I'm looking for some settlements within the next 6 weeks.
