SFOR's 13g(a) filing today is very different than your typical 13g filing. A 13g filing indicates more dilution as shares are added to the O/S count as was the case with OMVS..if was a straight 13g filing.
Here with SFOR, Union Capital held these shares from 2016 and sold just enough to put them under the 5% threshold and thus today's filing....they have their own strategies, criteria, and etc. Actually quite surprised they held this long.
