The response of the infringers was immediate as they started responding to the court as a result of the IPR being dismissed. Now they have to set meetings with Blank Rome and Ropes and Gray to discuss settling. I'm sure this will take a couple of meetings to arrive at terms acceptable by both sides. IMO, I expect to see settlements forth coming over the next few weeks. Then as these start to get announced, the buying pressure will be too much for the M&M's to hold the price down. From there, it will just keep getting better.
