When this scenario happens what is the realistic share price after the buyout? How does all of this go down?

Long story, this is the first stock I've ever bought, I started with $30.00 last year in an old fidelity account I had no clue there was even cash in anymore( my former company had our company stock purchase plan with fidelity) I have been throwing a little $$$ in every pay accumulating little by little. I have no where close to the shares everyone else has, but enough where if it got in the $10.00 range I could live comfortably the rest of my life..
