Sullivan took GTRQ idea and rolled it in Geotraq the now private company, leaving GOtraq with empty hands.
Now he apparently sold the idea to ARCI leaving GTRQ with nothing.
Time to go after sullivan, not only he is not protecting GTRQ shareholders, he orchestrated this whole sham.
He is acting without the consent of minority shareholders. Beware Sullivan... My gut feeling is that SEC has an eye on you and your Ottawa friends.
