what marketing .. it's clear based on ECO's LLC *creation* that flagship and 2
were observed in the Fall of 2013 .. that agreement was 8k'd in Jan 2015 and the daily whining commenced .. and clearly RH thought ECO had been given enough time .. and he learned firsthand via RC and one southern locale that aspects don't always go as planned
RH has never *touted* P2O .. most actual P2O investors had to learn about the
issuance of the NYSDEC multi year permits from another P2O investor .. so no
trade shows .. no promotions .. and while RH noted in March 2016's
Update (1 of 3 for all of 2016) .. internal *sales* has yet to be established
hopefully with the 2 adds to the BoD .. that is the beginning of the ancillary material events .. being implemented .. that RH first noted over a year and a half ago
