According to Ivan’s testimony on the court documents filed in June , NTEK was unable to achieve Funding that is needed.
The Funding letter dated on February 2017 that was submitted to the courts by Jeff Foley, could this be the Funding Ivan’s testimony is in question?
Was this Funding something that Ivan has been working on since his involvement with Ntek starting June 2016? Or was it DF that worked on the Funding?
Could this be the reason maybe why Ivan isn’t receiving any Shares that you speak about?
Is this Funding still in the works? Is there a new Funding Investor involved?
Is the Hurricane in Florida really delaying the courts?? Which may very well be the reason why the OTC filing is not filed.
Ntek loyal shareholders really need some answers. Answers that can be answered without putting the company at risk !!!
