Good afternoon all,
I like to add one other fact to the IPR decision that was just made.
As some of us are aware of the fact that the decision not to institute is not appealable but the petitioner still can request a rehearing within 30 days of ruling to the PTAB.
So don't be alarmed (if you weren't aware of it) if we see a rehearing request, just a possibility (since they still have the time to request), drag this out and buy more time for a few more months, just to be a pain.
They may choose not to do it at all knowing that getting it granted is an uphill battle for them, we'll see.
So technically until 11/15, it's not over yet but i'm not worried, it's just a waiting game.
