TMPS trades on OTCQB So it’s not exactly a stinky pinky. It used to trade on NASDAQ, IPO’ed at $11 or thereabouts, delisted because they did not have the required number of shareholders.
CEO built and sold a prior aerospace defense contractor.
CFO came from mergers $ acquisitions at Pricewaterhousecoopers
Existing Department of Defense contracts.
Real revenue Q1/2017+Q2/2017=4x market cap
Q2/2017 profitable, and profitability is expected to continue
No current nor ongoing dilution. No convertible debt due until April 2018.
Just entered into a $12m financing deal where notes convert at 5-10% discount to market, and then are restricted for 6 months. (I asked the mods on ihubs DD/Fraud Research Board if they had ever seen such an attractive financing deal for an otc penny stock and they said they had NEVER SEEN TERMS THIS GOOD IN OTC) - most otc pennies issue convertible debt at 40-50%+ discount to market

Outstanding shares-restricted-DTC= around 9m
So we have competent management who communicate frequently, honestly and quickly by CC, social media, phone and email
Real contracts, real revenues, real profits, attractive financing, low float, the list goes on
Compare this to any other company trading on otc right now, if anything else looks this good tell me, I’ll buy it (I already own the 2 other real companies I’ve found)
The ONLY reason this is trading around .20 is because there is no volume. There is no volume because we are waiting for news.
I’m on 2 discord’s, and other boards right now EVERYONE knows TMPS is legit, EVERYONE is watching for that contract news to pile in here. EVERYONE is busy playing crypto, or fake mergers, or fake contract hype, or fake Mj harvests, or what’s in promo, or whatever because MOST PPL WHO PLAY OTC TICKERS PLAY MOMO, and we don’t have any of that till news drops
