Usually these penny stocks end up diluting the shareholders just to stay afloat and keep the doors open. BTGI is different. They raise money and productively expand their business. The whole is greater than the sum of the parts now. There were unnecessary divisions at first, but now the company is much more focused. Just a matter of waiting for the note holders to convert to preferred A & B shares, and its off to the races.
