I was actually being sarcastic about his e-mail since I've been trying to contact him for weeks and all I got was "everything is ok." He also stated to me before the late filing that he was indeed going to file in a timely fashion, in which he did for the late filing but now the actual 10-Q. So I'm just as frustrated as you are, but like many penny stocks its all a waiting game.
