$EWLL: they have a prospectus to sell 10,359,160 SHARES OF Common Stock (dilution) and heavy debt on the balance sheet relative to assets. $EWLL does have an excellent SS and a break over .20 would send it flying. A buyout would be awesome; love to see a link or some info on buyout.
