I find this statement by Steve in the closing notes to be the most re-assuring "I absolutely believe our team is the MOST ADVANCED IN THE ENTIRE WORLD AT DEVELOPING AND PRODUCING NANOMATERIALS using continuous flow technology".With out them QVC is nothing.
