Respectfully I have to disagree with your statement. There are ways company can share information with shareholders with compromising the NDA or whatever they have been told. The company is public traded company and has an obligation to disseminate the information. We are not asking who is in bed with who. We just want to make sure things are happening behind scene for a good reason. By not publishing annual report was not a good was handling this situation. Sorry I don't buy that.
