FINRA answered Karin's question like a politician answers questions. The vagueness of the answer suggests they have something to hide, to me. They just dance around the question without ever answering it directly. Remember....FINRA is hired and paid for by the "markets". They would not publish this data daily if they were not directed to by the SEC, which does have power and responsibility to shareholders. FINRA is only responsible to their members, which are the broker/dealers who employ them.
