After four years can you or anyone tell me what the status of the water quality test development with the US EPA is?

Everyone is talking about patients. Is four years enough patients?
Do we have a product to test water quality? Or not?
Did we stop working on it?

Need to start selling product and get little wins that pile up to big money.
Oh...
we might be doing that but not sure either way.
