Does no one else see a connection between NTEK not posting financials since it is a Form-15 company and doesn't have to, and the very revealing legal documents concerning the legal case between Long Side Ventures and NTEK? At the very least, it appears suspicious. How many days has it been since they should have been posted?
Apparently, all bank accounts of NTEK (David Foley) are empty. Well then, where do they 'keep' their revenue?
It's funny that Ivan Gulas left after a matter of months after David Foley asked him to open a new bank account in his own name. Also, David Foley still owes him shares. It appears David Foley can't work with anybody at all, which is a hallmark personality trait of a delusional narcissist.
You really can't make this stuff up.
Now Jeff Foley (through David Foley) is begging on GoFund Me when David Foley probably has millions of our dollars in an offshore account.
This is all in my opinion, since we can't get any actual information from the 'company' itself.
