Not too long ago, I tried asking IR (David Foley) to buy shares on the open market to inspire confidence to old and potential new investors. I got a lame response back. The type of response that is pathetically insincere, and of which we have become accustomed to. I also asked David Foley if he would divulge how many shares he owns, as well as if Lisa Foley still owns her 30 million shares. He wouldn't answer.
However, he did respond that Jeff Foley has not bought any more shares since his last posted Form 4 quite a while ago.
Anyways, if things are going to be phenomenal in the future, you would think David Foley and 'new management' would buy shares on the open market and produce Form 4's.
This is why I am not optimistic about NTEK's future. At this point, I am trying to recoup my NTEK loss investing in other stocks.
