Anyone know ChillinCharlie? He was saying he didnt think the testing was completed yet and that the next news we get will not be results but they would most likely be finished by 2018. However, he did mention he doubled down on shares in the past couple of weeks. He says he has a friend he gets info from. I do not know him in any way, i just thought his opinion was interesting and wanted to see if anyone here happens to know him?
