I feel bad for the folks in the situation you have described DB.

They are the ones that deserve a return from this investment with the patience they have demonstrated.

I wish that the RS had not been necessary, but as much as I disliked the prospect, I understand why it had to be done.

The other option was bankruptcy which would have screwed everybody decisively with no chance of recovering anything...

I'm grateful the company got rid of the folks responsible for the mess....

I also believe what your saying about the companies future. The positives still outweigh the negatives by a wide margin.

Lets hope they get the financials up so we can get a bit better picture as to whats going on.
