When I talked to RO yesterday he said that they were successesful in cleaning up the shell DOLV, and that the company told him to not talk about FINRA. Couple those two things and the fact that they met the deadline on 10/16 and filed their response re: lawsuit to cancel the 54mm shares! The most important thing here is the fact that he said "we were SUCCESSFUL in getting the DOLV SHELL CLEAN". Looks like we're GOLDEN!!!
