I disagree with removing him or banning him. That only creates a null sounding board. Rather, when his (or anyone elses)falsehoods are systematically and rationally debated and disproved - it strengthens the resolve of longs and also provides "perspective " for new investors (if/when it trades again) or existing investors that stumble across this board for information/updates. If anyone attacks a person - delete the posts. "Force" them to discuss/debate the company/stock. Dont let them turn the board into insults hurled back and forth.

As an example - look at the rational approach Casey has used to dismantle the credibility and integrity of his posts. He has used the poster's own posts to directly refute claims and routinely point out the constant inconsistencies. The poster very well could own shares and could hold a trivial amount for "protection " under future cases against him.

Dont ban. Just keep systematically dismantle their claims and arguments.
