i'll lay odds the entity UPSIDE DOWN on PTOI since EOY 2009 .. has either hacked the SEC directly (troll farms and money laundering imo) or has an employee or two *working* with the dolts .. i have to say .. i have wondered about the angst ramping over the last few weeks .. it struck me (since P2O indicated in March of 2016 *intent* with as was noted little follow thru beyond RE asset sale .. MOU 1&2 and a paucity of *shareholder updates* .. this makes 2 for 2017) as totally odd since the PPS had been broken (yet again) to sub 1c ..
of course my expectation was the multi/s were gonna use the ole' NR playbook of extolling *tax loss selling* .. for the last Q of 2017 .. because god knows the *volume* (lack of and on par with 2009) .. indicates to most with functioning gray matter .. no one is selling .. and few are buying .. meaning that those actual P2O investors .. have long since drawn their respective lines in the sand .. and there has been *imo* .. very little reason for folks to have bought on NRs' relentless compression of PTOI's pps .. that may change going forward
looking forward to what *new* infusions bring to P2O's table
