ATPT: is in Caveat Emptor Status (skull and crossbones) and they submitted a ton of filings and disclosures 10/17/17 apparently trying to placate otcmarkets and get CE removed but that usually takes at least a month. I think folks got excited initially (ran +450%) but the pps will drift back lower as most won't hold a month or more waiting for CE removal. For those that don't mind holding .0007/.0008 might be a good entry.
