ZPaul, thank you for the daily DD as always. I have a question that's been lingering in my mind for some time now, but have been reluctant to post it on the other board as to not start any controversy from our good friends over there. In regards to that one preferred share owned by Mark, George, and Ram with a par value in the billons, if a buyout does occur, would they be able to keep all the money and we share holders get nothing?
