It was on the cenbiotech Ukraine Facebook page. It is really hard to believe Bill could have f’ed this up so badly. You probably have read that Canada is concerned there will not be enough product to meet demand once they legalalize. It was good of Bill “in the best interest of shareholders” to not purse a license in Canada. That would have been a terrible investment.
