As ab FYI, a $10k stipend of $10k per quarter would be 1MM shares given each quarter or 8MM shares of dilution for bringing 2 board members on at the PALTRY sum of $10k is stock per quarter. Why you may ask would they want to destroy their name for a measly $10k per month if they can dump in an illiquid market. Another LOL moment
