Hey guys back again to talk about some things iv been watching on lvl2. Iv noticed the last 2 days VNDM has backed off the ask. VNDM is the seller of the AUCTIS shares (4.9M) blocks iv been trying to keep track of. It may seem odd but one thing I like to pay attention to is chunks that are broke up but equal exactly the amount of particular blocks. For example today...I can had up chunks that are sold that equal up to perfect pattern numbers. Like putting a puzzle together. I have not seen VNDM sell the AUCTIS shares for the 2 days so far but I would like to see that continue this week to confirm its over. My estimated tally was around 530ish Million which is basically done. But like I said I would like to see if off for a period of 4 days at least to confirm. Iv seen it skip a couple of days before. What I have seen the last 2 days is BMIC on the ask. yesterday and today I have seen 2 blocks for 5,150,100 go through with similar transactions fitting the "puzzle" for bigger blocks. Since all of these are converting at .0005 I believe its LAM.
now the circled in red i actually confirmed a man selling out his shares on Ihub he told me ~8mil at the time of the transaction.
Once this share selling is done holding this back from all my own DD(Dont trust my word trust your own research)...reading the Balance Sheets and income statements on this company and forward coming catalysts with its current share structure....And also comparing the financials and share structure with several other companies...one being SFOR. I believe the previous price target given of .02+ is a very realistic possibility. Textmunications Debt is almost gone...and maybe completely gone going into Q4. And like I have said in previous posts Q4 has so much going on. I believe you will see the company begin to pump itself up consistently. I look forward to the Q3 10q being released mid Nov. ABC Financial is the nation's leading software and billing provider for the health and fitness industry. Textmunication being a preferred partner now is more music to my ears. we would all love instant results...but it doesnt always work that way.
