To all my new shareholders,
I would like to quickly update you as to the fact that I am officially the new CEO and owner of SutimCo. I'm awaiting the final step to be completed at OTC Markets so I can begin catching up fillings and getting our company current. OTC Markets is now dealing with me exclusively and Mr Vakser no longer will make any decisions for the company. I must be brief until this final step is completed but would like those concerned to know that I am in possession of the "k" share and have complete control. I will continue Cannabis VC but have a product that we will further develope and distribute which will alleviate a very major problem we are dealing with here in the United States. I will be fully updating you all and answering what questions I can next week. I anticipate OTC Markets allowing me access this week to start bringing us back to current status.
