What on EARTH do I have to show you?
Show you that their revenues dropped significantly from 2016 to 2017, I DID, it is in their last Q.
Show you that massive dilution is happening? I DID, it is in their filings, from 50M shares to almost 550M shares.
Show you that there are no new business? I DID, there have been no PRs and no revenues.
Show you that there are no acquisitions? I DID, again, no PRs nothing in filings.
Show you they appear to be milking this for what they can take? I DID, in their filings they show their "overhead" costs skyrocketed over $200,000 for just ONE quarter. For a guy that has no office and just uses a cell phone.....
And remember, by SEC rules, they MUST put out a PR within 72 hours of any material event. THERE HAVE BEEN NONE!
