America’s attitude toward marijuana is rapidly evolving as evidenced by the legalization and anti-prohibition efforts going on in a majority of US states. The attitudes of big investors are starting to change as well. With both California and Canada’s recreational programs coming online within the next year, many believe the dam is about to break.
