The lawsuit vs Jeffrey Low has been officially settled. So once the 1.6 mil+ shares are transferred to him, he is free to sell them over a 60 day period in equal amounts (roughly 26K per day). OWCP could impose further restrictions but given the small number of shares it's very unlikely they would do so. It is also not a given that Low would want to sell the shares at the current low price.
