Dude you can not convince me you are not DF or one of the insiders. I honestly think everyone that invested knew the risk and the risk is not the problem. It's poor mgmt, lack of integrity, loyalty and just plain respect for shareholders. Right after the NTGL spun off investors should have recieved shares, they should have to listen to all the excuses years later. Unless shareholders voted for restricted shares what's happening is unlawful. You try to have some long educational psyhcological excuse on every situation. I sincerely hope you don't have kids if so it's gonna be sad if they make mistakes.
