One of my retired friends, a research scientist, also a long time NNLX investor once told me one of his friends and former co-worker, a brilliant scientist left his job and put his entire saving in a new company with cutting edge technologies ending up getting back a penny on the dollar after
the board took toxic financing and in a few years time accumulating huge debts and he was forced out.
From what I read for decades many, tiny tech companies with cutting edge technologies taking toxic financing either went broke or getting swallowed, convinced me that BB and major share-holders are right to tread very carefully for the good of the company, share-holders and of course their investment.
None of my retired friends sold a share although we have held NNLX shares for many years.
My 2 cents. Will not reply to basher(s).
