my take on the Financing and PR:
The Good:
1-The Loan terms are actually better than most I have seen with similar penny stocks.
2- new product(s) development and production can move forward
3- Seems like Mgmt really believes we can get this done
The Challenging:
1- Possible large dilution if we cant get the products off the ground at a large enough clip
2- Lily Li was a complete absolute waste of time for us(except for Jerry) who made out well.
3- If I knew this was coming(past 6 months) I would of dumped every single share last spring. But because I did not; It appears the worst is behind us now, no reason not to hold and see what happens with our "Fresh Start"
