I firmly believe that RMHB should pursue legal action against Jerry Grisaffi and Lily Li. The fraud that they perpetrated against the shareholders of RMHB cost the company a lot of money, as it had to use rather toxic financing during the past year, just to stay afloat. These funds should be recoverable.
