Sorry Three2001 for getting back so late.
I'm not a fan of stocks with huge share structures. In the case of OCSY, the AS is 7B, the OS is over 2.5B, and the float is over 1B. The stock also trades over 1B shares per day. I'm not saying things won't work out, but my preference is companies with OS in the less than 40MM counts and preferably under 25MM.
