First of all Mr. Cesario, it isn't just a court date. DECN isn't TAUG. They don't need to make up puppets to denigrate an opponent, or their lawyer. They don't need to write illegal letters to rookie judges. November 17 is a court date where tens of $$ millions are at stake.
Secondly, only in pinkyland can a person who has never met, spoken to or corresponded with "not like" the other person. How can you like or not like a person who you've never met or spoken to? A person who isn't in public office and therefore isn't fair game. A person who has a job when you don't.
Only in pinkyland can one person claim another person, who he has never met, spoken to or corresponded with threaten that person with jail time, investigations, bodily harm, threats to spouses and children.
And speaking of children, didn't threatening children land you in jail? Good job Johnny!
