Stop moving the goal posts around, THE big dip in participation WAS from the boomers retiring.
And Obamacare did not put a dent in hiring, employment numbers did go up, unemployment did decline and the tax hikes didn't lead to another recession or to a stock market decline, despite predictions for such from GOPERS.
Other than that, a complete economic disaster.
