Agreed everything is falling into place. It is only a matter of when not if....and how much settlements will be. I am bouncing all over the place checking SEC , Pacer, AIA, UNIFIED , to see where news is going to hit first. The IPR status has to be announced by Wed. Oct 18th correct?
