They could all being held as private subsidiaries of NTEK (Ultra Flix, 4K studios, Nanotech Gaming) and whatever other companies being added to the conglomerate as part of the financing deal.
The public company (NTEK) either owns some or all of the of the subsidiaries and can sell shares as a public company.
Each subsidiary can have it's own CEO and even BOD.
Guess we'll have to wait for financials to really see whats going on......
