Jack M will probably post the results of the Alpha board ruling on the BevGraph land use request on Wednsday as soon as he can. I expect positive results partly because the board is anxious for New Jersey to host this green industry, partly because the board expected to approve it in September and partly because the board has deemed the application complete. Only the public hearing remains.

What is good for BevGraph is good for H2 Development, what is good for H2 Development is good for Coates. When Coates has a presence in the state of New Jersey, George may be able to use that as leverage against the Chinese to get them to get on the ball. Nothing but good news on the horizen for next week.
