I have screamed this numerous times on this SMB but I will say it again!
#1 RIck and his micromanaging ways has to go! Let someone else run the company who actually cares about the company and communicates with its shareholders. Someone who will put more than a part time effort...
#2 Raise money to fix the machine
#3 Fix the damn machine and run it. Prove it works. Show off the run tickets to the world and the machine will sell itself! Tear down the fence, open the doors and have an open house every day and show this *beast* running!
Sitting here trying to sell something that doesn't run and hasn't run in 4+ years isn't working.
You cann't just keep repeating the same failing steps.
Something needs to change!
