No link for verifying a NO REVERsE split scenario. clearly is a sign of caution for newbies when they realize this stock has been going down since June 2017 from 500M dilution. Stock now has 3.6 billion possible tradable when CEO cashes in. Although that would NOT happen til a reverse split since CEO preferred of 2 Billion not effected by
