HAS ULTRAFIX BEEN SPUN OFF? Check out these links. David's linkedin page now mentions him as CEO of "Ultralix Corporation" with no mention of Nanotech Entertainment. It does NOT say Ultraflix a Nanotech company but just indicates Ultraflix Corp.
ALSO THE LINK INDICATES ULTRAFLIX AS A "PRIVATE COMPANY"
In addition to these developments the 4k Studiios calendar website has been suspended along with Davids blog site.
