Remember Licencing deals & Royalty coming out of Patent lawsuit settlement is PURE 100% SFOR Deals & no channel partner like ACS are involved for a cut, as infringers were sued for '698 patent 100% owned by SFOR.
These infringers(Current lot of 7) have over 4m clients spanning in over 100 countries. Trustwave alone has 3m clients in 103 countries. Entrust , that just settled has 10,000 clients in 105 countries
Compounding recurring revenue from royalty and licencing will be real big , hope peeps can see through the dirt wall thrown around.
Add to it all other major major deals ( in KAYS language ) Kay is working on is coming and I mean they are really big ( Eg Mcafee/TPG/Intel Security & Intel). ( Did my HW on those as well)
