Michael Welch was given the power to extend the Authorized Shares to 4 billion. However they will not be in effect till the end of the month and the shares will in part be used for an acquisition of a profitable company. We don't know the details and its way too soon to suggest a reverse split will occur any time soon if at all. Generated revenue can be used to buy back shares and in addition if the extra shares are not used they can be reversed. Its way too soon to guess what will happen and so we wait for the picture to unfold.
