According to the Schedule 14c, filed on Oct. 2, 2017, the conversion to 4,000,000,000 authorized shares will take place on or before Oct. 30, 2017.
They go on to say....."NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors has received approval, pursuant to the written consent of stockholders in lieu of a special meeting, dated September 19, 2017 (the “Written Consent”) to amend the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock from 950,000,000 shares to 4,000,000,000 shares."
So they already have approval. This is happening, Jersey. You can't wish it away.
