Notwithstanding that alleged 'control' better educated residents fair better in the health/disease statistics regardless of where they live.

I just receive a flu shot, but I forgot to ask about the vaccine against

They did ask me if I wanted the new 'anti-smart-ass vaccination'. I declined.

Regardless of politics I think that providing scientifically sound information, to everyone, is not so much nannyism as sciency.
